How We Propose to Raise the Fund for Reconstruction

You can help the Main Altar Reconstruction Project by your generous donation or by Sponsoring US$ 500 for one of the 1000 Special Intention Candles that will be lighted by the Carmelite Sisters in the Shirne's garden beginning December 8, 2005, the Feast of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.

These Candles are the first 1000 Candles to be lighted after several centuries since candle lighting has never been allowed in the Shrine. All 1000 donors shall be listed in a Special Commemorative Book which will be placed in the Altar while another copy will be displayed for public viewing in the Shrine.

The participation of the every devotees who can be major donors of $500 per candle, is vital to the finishing of the project. We will be able to raise the amount needed to reconstruct the main altar and the rest will be used to start the construction on the other 3 small altars of the shrine.

While gathering all the sponsors we have started landscaping the Shrine Garden where the candle holders will be placed. With all of your supports and the expertise of our project coordinators, advisers and consultants, we are hoping to be able to present the Commemorative Book to our Infant Jesus after we finish the restoration of the Altars which we hope within period of 2 years.
